What size pets can you transport?
We can safely transport pets from tiny to large breed dogs (up to 100 lbs). We have appropriately sized crates and harness setups for all sizes. For very large or giant breeds, let us know when booking so we can prepare.
Can you transport cats or other animals?
Yes! We transport cats in their carriers, as well as small animals in appropriate enclosures. We keep the vehicle calm and quiet for feline passengers.
What if my pet gets car sick?
Let us know during booking. We'll prepare with towels, go-slow driving, and can recommend pre-trip tips from our vet partners. Short acclimation rides can also help.
How far do you travel?
Our standard service area covers up to 15 miles from our base. Longer trips are available at an additional per-mile rate. Contact us for a quote on longer distances.
Can you handle vet visit check-ins?
Yes! For round-trip service, we can check your pet in at the vet, wait in the lobby or nearby, and transport them home after the appointment. We'll relay any instructions the vet gives us.
